cheesecake ingredients

16 oz Softened cream cheese 1 Graham cracker pie crust
1/2 c Sugar 1/4 c Caramel ice cream topping
1/2 t Vanilla 1/4 c Chopped peanuts
2 Eggs 1 Sliced apple
1/3 c Apple juice concentrate

cheesecake directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer
    until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix until blended. Blend in juice concentrate.
  3. Pour into crust. Bake at 350F, 40 minutes or until center
    is almost set.
  4. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Drizzle with
    topping and sprinkle with peanuts before serving. Garnish with apple
    slices.
