The Best Cheesecake Recipes

1 1/2 c Finely crushed creme-filled
-chocolate sandwich cookies
2 To 3 tablespoons margarine
-or butter, melted
3 (8-ounce) packages cream
-cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened
-condensed milk
3 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Mini chocolate chips
1 t Flour

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Combine crumbs and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform
   pan.
3. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
   
4. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until
   smooth.
5. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Toss 1/2 cup chip s with flour; stir into cheese mixture.
6. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining chips. Bake 55 minutes or until center is set.
7. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
